Most churches start with the Church Growth Assessment. It's the lowest-risk way to get a clear, honest picture of where you are — and it gives you enough information to decide whether a deeper engagement makes sense.
Do I need to commit to the full process upfront?+
No. Each tier stands alone and delivers real value. Many churches complete the Assessment, use the action plan, and come back when they're ready for Phase 1.
Do you work virtually or on-site?+
Both. The Church Growth Assessment is fully virtual. Phase 1 and the full Ministry Reset include on-site work as part of the diagnostic process, with travel costs factored into the engagement.
How many clients do you take on at a time?+
A limited number. This work requires real attention and I don't take on more than I can serve well. If you're considering working together, sooner is better than later.
